Unlike a few years ago, there are now many wonderful resources in Calgary for connecting spiritually through Jewish teachings and concepts that go back thousands of years. Whether you are conservative, reform, orthodox, or unaffiliated everyone is welcome to all classes - no prior knowledge required.

Not all of the below classes are completely Kaballistic but most include mystical concepts. You will find that there is something for everyone even if you are not a mystical person by nature. Learn what Kaballah is about, learn what Judaism says about our purpose in this world, learn about your soul and more.

Quick Dose of Spirituality and a Free Kosher Meal

Come to the House of Jacob Mikveh Israel (HOJMI) on Saturday afternoon as often as you would like for a Shabbas afternoon prayer service followed by a free meal that everyone is invited to. During the meal, esteemed Rabbi Yiroel Miller gives a short 10-15 minute talk about always interesting topics that affect the lives and spirituality of all Jews today - religious or not. Come for the experience and stay for the kosher food.
